ISB’s leadership team is committed to doing what’s best for all members of the community – students, parents, employees, and alumni. The school’s Mission and Vision are at the heart of all decisions made by the leadership team. Although these leaders of ISB hold a lot of responsibility, all members of the school’s faculty and staff are empowered to lead with purpose and compassion.

our governance

ISB is a non-profit school governed by a 12-member Board of Trustees. These 12 volunteers, elected and nominated by our parent community, are responsible for setting and approving school policy, overseeing ISB's financial status, recruiting, supporting, and evaluating the Head of School and guiding strategic direction of the school.
