Login Troubleshooting

PowerSchool is the name of the Student Information System (SIS) at ISB. The PowerSchool Parent Portal is where students and parents can log in to view certain information held on file, for example grades and attendance.

Elementary School Parents can:

• check their student’s attendance and schedule information.
• complete the new school-year Student Registration Process.
• update their family information and identification documents throughout the year.
• finish reenrollment process.
• check and download MAP report.
• check tuition invoice.
• register for parent teacher conference (PTC).

Middle School Parents can:

• complete the new school-year Student Registration Process.
• update their family information and identification documents during the year.
• finish reenrollment process.
• check their student’s attendance and schedule information.
• check and download MAP report.
• check tuition invoice.
• register for parent teacher conference.

High School Parents can:

• check their student’s grades.
• view attendance.
• view current schedule.
• complete the new school-year Student Registration Process.
• update their family information and identification documents throughout the year.
• finish reenrollment process.
• check and download MAP report.
• check tuition invoice.
• register for parent teacher conference

Yes. You can access PowerSchool from any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome) on a computer with an Internet connection.

PowerSchool is available to access all year round for enrolled families.

The portal is only available to enrolled families of ISB, plus ISB employees who require access as part of their role.

Once all your children leave ISB, the account will be made inactive.

Please check your email inbox and search for an email with subject "Parent Portal Account". Within this email you will find the access ID/password. Please contact ICT office if you can not locate the email.

Usernames must be unique in the system. It could be that the username you have chosen is already being used by an ISB parent. Please use a different username.

Yes. The account is per person, not per family.

If you have already created your parent account but can't see your children, you will need to follow the steps to link them to your account. You can find information on how to do that here.

Please click the "Forgot username and password" link on the login page. You will receive a system email to guide you to reset your username or password.

If you see dots in the password field, this is because you have told the internet browser to remember this information. For security purposes, the password is not shown and dots take it's place.

This is a security feature to ensure no-one else is able to access your account. You will just need to log in again.
