The hero slideshow at the top of the page can contain images and videos. 

Create a Gallery

1. Create a Gallery of Images
2. Add an Image/Video
3. Add overlay text to the description field. 
4. Save

Once a homepage gallery has been created, images can be added, deleted or rearranged as needed.

Connect Homepage Element to Gallery

1. Go to the resource element at the top of the homepage
2. Click into the settings
3. Click browse to select the desired gallery

Once the element is pointing to a gallery, the slideshow can be maintained and updated directly from the gallery. 

Recommended Image Size - 1600px(width) x 884px(height)

This panel is made up of a content element

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the text in header content area
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Modify text.
8. Save updates

This panel is made up of 3 content elements

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Update the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Change the image in header content area
5. Update the link in footer content area
6. Save
7. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
8. Modify text.
9. Save updates

Recommended Image Size - 1200px(width) x 763px(height)

This panel is set to display slide through infographics.

To change section title and background image

1. Hover over the container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
4. Browse to source new image.
5. Save and Publish

Updating the Statistics

Each statistic is created within an individual content element. A container holds all the elements together. 

1. Hover over the Content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Replace the current title of the element with a numerical statistic.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. In the custom class enter icon- followed by name of icon, for example icon-book. 
5. Click Save.
6. Click on the Content element.
7. Edit the text here. 
8. Click Save.

This panel is made up of 2 separate components.

• Container - for title and explore all stories button
• 2 Content elements - for testimonials 

To edit title and explore all stories button

1. Hover over the Container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update the link in footer content area.
5. Click Save.

To edit testimonial

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Update the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Change the image in header content area
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Modify text.
8. Save updates

Recommended Image Size - 800px(width) x 871px(height)

This panel is consist of 3 areas.

• Container - for title and subtitle
• 2 Post elements - for featured and non-featured news
• 1 Navigation element - for social media links

To edit title and subtitle

1. Hover over the Container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update subtitle in header content area.
5. Click Save.

To change news stories

1. Hover on the Posts and click on 'Settings' cog.
2. Expand the Content Filters panel.
3. Click on Select Board and select the board/boards that need to display.
4. Click Save. 

To add a news article

1. Click on the 'Modules' icon to the left of Composer and select 'Posts'.
2. Click on ‘Boards’ and select the desired folder
3. Select the board representing the category the new article will belong to and click on the ‘New Post’ button at the top right of the interface.
4. Add the title of the article to the Post title field.
5. Add the article content to the ‘Body Content’ content editor.
6. Add the article date to the ‘Start’ field at the top right.
7. Open the ‘Summary’ panel and click into the content editor.
8. Type in a single short paragraph introducing the article (up to 20 words). 
9. Open the ‘Category & Tags’ panel.
10. Add or select the tags you wish to apply to the article.
11. Open the ‘Thumbnail & Resources’ panel.
12. Click on the ‘Browse’ button and choose or upload a new photo in Resources.
13. Save and publish the article.

To update explore all news and explore all events button

1. Hover over the Post element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Post Element Settings’ window. 
3. Update the link in footer content area.
4. Click Save

To update social media links

1. In the sitemap navigate to the Social Media Links branch
2. Click on the page
3. Click on the page settings cog at the bottom of the page
4. Click linked and then select to the desired page
5. Save & Publish

This panel is made up of 2 separate components.

• Container - for title and subtitle
• 8 Content elements - for image buttons

To edit title and subtitle

1. Hover over the Container and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Change the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Container Element Settings’ window. 
4. Update subtitle in header content area.
5. Click Save.

To edit image buttons

1. Hover over the content element and click on the ‘Settings’ cog.
2. Update the title in title field.
3. Expand the design tab in the ‘Edit Content Element Settings’ window. 
4. Change the image in header content area
5. Save
6. Hover over content element and select Edit Content
7. Update link here.
8. Save updates
