Parent Teacher Conference
for Teachers & Faculty Parents
March 25-26, 2019
PTO is the online platform for teachers to manage their bookings, as well as parents to make appointments with their child's teachers.
As a teacher, please perform the following tasks as soon as you receive your PTO login details:
- Login to PTO.
- View & verify your courses and students included for Parent Teacher Conferences.
- View your available time slots.
- If you notice any discrepancy, please inform your divisional office immediately.
Other tasks that you could do on PTO:
- Mark any interview timeslots as "unavailable" if you know you will not be available at those times.
- Just prior to the start of interviews, print your schedule.
Blocking times & Parent Signups:
Prior to parents signing up for conference times, teachers will need to block times in your schedules for meals, meetings with your children's teachers etc. Starting Monday, March 1 at 12:00 noon you may begin blocking out times on your schedules. You have until Tuesday, March 8 at 12:00 noon to do this, which is when the system opens to parents. Please ensure you also include meeting times with your own children’s teachers, where appropriate.
